What We Expect:

Background in one or more: Background in construction trades, real estate, business management, customer service or other related fields related to housing or commercial construction.

Good communicator, both verbal and written with good computer skills

Good driving record

High level of integrity

Good physical condition and well-groomed.

Strong background in housing, construction, and how a house works, this does not mean you had to be a contractor.
