CEO/Director of Services/Lead Inspector
Caring and thorough home inspector, adoring husband, and loving father of 6 are all adjectives that can accurately describe Clay. Previously a general contractor for many years, Clay has the knowledge and understanding to accurately diagnose defects found in homes and continues to train and spread this wealth of knowledge into each of our home inspectors.

James Sanders
Licensed Inspector
Since October of ‘21. Had years of construction and remodeling experience prior to becoming an inspector. James has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Communications from the University of Kentucky.

My family and I live in Lexington. We have a 4-year old son and 2 dogs. I am involved at our church, South Elkhorn Christian Church, where I am a children’s program coordinator. I also coach our son’s soccer team at the YMCA.
Anna Caskey
Business Manager
As an experienced Business Manager, Anna works in the background of our business, but plays an integral role in our growth, organization, and marketing of the company. Our real estate professional partners can often find her at local networking events smiling with a Dr. Pepper in hand. When not working, Anna enjoys traveling and spending all her time with her 4 daughters and husband.
